A little history: When my oldest {now 17} was a little, I wanted to start reciting nursery rhymes to him. I quickly realized that most of the common nursery rhymes I knew weren’t the kinds of messages I wanted to share with him, even as a baby!
I mean, the old woman in a shoe? Uh…No thanks.
A baby sleeping on a bough and then the baby falls. I’ll pass.
So, I got busy adapting the nursery rhymes I knew into Christian nursery rhymes with eternal messages throughout. Yes, please!

Thank you SO MUCH for making Christian resources! These are a blessing to me and my students!!
You are very welcome!
I am thankful for your resources. I taught school for many years but am home now. I have a 6 year old grand child in kindergarten and an almost 3 year old. I want to make sure they are taught phonics and other important skills for life in school. I am concerned about the unnecessary teaching that is happening in some schools. I need to research our schools here in Minnesota. I am a Christian who believes as you do.
Aw, you’re welcome! Yes, I know there are some unnecessary things being taught, especially now. But if our eyes are on the Lord and our time and effort go to building the next generation up in the Lord’s ways, I believe God will do amazing things through them. Keep on contending for the faith, sister! 🙂
